The full moon arrives tomorrow on Thursday 6/24, and it is going to be a beautiful, SUPER full Moon in Capricorn. What does this mean? Quite a bit actually. As far as meaning and the calendar year goes, this is typically the last full Moon of spring, or the first one of summer and is sometimes called the Strawberry Moon. Originally being used by the Algonquin, Ojibwe, Dakota, and Lakota people, marking the ripening of June strawberries ready to be gathered. No, the moon will sadly not be pink or red :-(
Zodiac-wise, we are at the midpoint of 2021, as the Sun was in Capricorn at the start of the year. Currently, it is in Cancer, which is in opposition to the Capricorn full moon.
